1994 dodge spirit wont move when in gear reaves high and can move freely in park replaced left cv joint no he?

car wont move when i put it in gear and reeves high changed left cv joint still no movement.....noise is high pitched grinding which cv joint is the drive left or right any help would be great thanks iam hopeing its not the trans.|||the drive side it the right side on that one,if the axles are in place and the boots aren%26#039;t busted your transmission has probably gone out ,id make sure both axles are seated in place but more than likely you need a transmission,good luck.|||it needs both joints to move and there are 2 joints on each side making 4 in all all 4 must be good in order for the car to move or stay in place in park. check your trans fluid if it low it will not move it could have something broken in the transaxle. call autozone they may be able to help you.
