AaaaaaaI change the cv joint of my honda civic but the clicking sound is still there.?

you think the part I got is defective?|||Could be. Or the other side is clicking. Or there is something wrong with your suspension geometry.|||Which cv joint did you replace? The right one?|||yeah, sounds like the part is faulty|||Hmmm, i thought those Japanese cars were suppose to be better than that.

Buy American.|||Well you may have needed both replaced,- OR the Axel%26#039;s them self%26#039;s need to be replaced! %26quot;not just the Joint%26quot;|||Okay well a few questions first:

Are you certified to do this type of work?

What makes you think you can perform this suspension job without a problem?

Did you use a new axle nut? - you will never get the correct torque if you re-used the old one.

Did you torque the bolt to the proper setting? - do you even know what that setting is?

Are you certain that the cv is the problem? - there are other items that will cause the same sounds|||did you change the right CV joint? There is an outer and inner CV joint on drive shaft..Also check that the main drive shaft isn%26#039;t damaged...Thats the only things that are possibly wrong..

Of course it might be a defective CV joint, but most unlikely if its new..
