Grinding car problems?

When turning to the right while accelerating the car makes a grinding noise on the front passenger side. This does not happen when breaking and turning or when not accelerating. Had cv joint changed. no difference
Grinding car problems?
check the clearance from the wheel to the fender and the bushings on the lower controle arm

next guess is wheel bearing
Grinding car problems?
sounds like a wheel bearing
THAT'S THE BRAKES. %26quot;breaks%26quot;.
wheel bearing. you will have to change both sides though. to be certain jack the car up and rock the wheel top and bottom. it shouldn't move if it moves you will get a slight thud
You need to have the following checked:-

1) Wheel bearing clearances.

2) Brake pads and discs condition.

3) Shock absorber condition.

Ja.
It could be the springs on your breaks are week, when a mechanic looks at them they will look fine just not work properly...some times when you get a break job the mechanic uses the old springs, not a good idea...
