Is Pep Boys any good ? ( for replacing CV axles )?

2002 cadillac 125,000 miles.

While I was changing my brakes I noticed grease spray. It is coming from a crack in the rubber boot on the CV joint. I have replaced CV axles before and I am just not up to doing this. I checked with Pep Boys and they said they would do both for $390. This sounds fair to me, but I am concerned about quality since I know they will have to disconnect the tie rod ends and the part of the wheel that pivots.

I thought Pep Boys was more of tires, radiators, water pumps, brakes, shocks, alternator type place.

What are your experiences with them ? What about Midas or Hibdons ?

Yes, them and Firestone have very good reviews
