Just cut off your old boot, slap some grease in there, cut this universal boot to size, wrap it around and use the provided clamps to secure it. I though it would not seal but to my surprise, it works great. You can get this at Kragen, Chucks, Checkers, or Oreilly, depending on what part of the country you live in. Only like $10.
